• We are seeking a SOC Manager (Head of the Cybersecurity Operations Center – Americas) to lead the strategic and technical direction of our Cybersecurity Operations Center. This role is responsible for overseeing CSOC operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that the organization’s cyber defense capabilities remain resilient and aligned with evolving threats.

Main Responsibilities:

• We are looking for SOC/NOC Analysts to join our team in a 100% on-site role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina or Bogotá, Colombia. This position plays a critical role in monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity and network-related events. Ideal for both entry-level candidates with strong technical foundations and professionals with experience in security operations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze security events in real time using SIEM platforms, identifying potential threats, anomalies, and security incidents across the network.
• Investigate and triage security alerts by conducting initial analysis, determining severity levels, and escalating incidents as needed while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Perform threat hunting activities by proactively searching for indicators of compromise, analyzing network traffic patterns, and identifying suspicious behaviors.

• Job description

• As a Professional Services Consultant (PSC) you will provide deployment, configuration, and operational services for our customers relating to Palo Alto Networks products. You will function as the Palo Alto Networks technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) teaming with a Project Manager to interact directly with the customer's project team to facilitate the consumption and adoption of our products and capabilities. During the execution of each project you will also utilize soft skills to guide the customer to make decisions on how to use our products in a way consistent with our best practices and make them more secure.

Your Impact
• Ensure client needs are met and deliverables produced on time according to specified Project deliverables/scope.
• Assist the customer to deploy, optimize and operationalize our NGFW security solutions into their networks.
• Provide guidance to our customers on how to integrate our products into their operational workflows and networks following best practice based methodologies.
• Proactively identify and communicate project status, risks and issues with the Professional Services Project Manager.

Your Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience with enterprise security products, solutions, and technologies

• Detailed technical experience in the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting and operations of high end firewall appliances, ideally Palo Alto Networks products.

Additional Skills:
